We are in the midst of a cold snap. My brother in law asked me about our definition of cold. He lives where they are enjoying single digit temperatures. Todays high is supposed to be 42 degrees. Yup, that is cold. Very cold for a high. And tonight it will be in the 30's.
Personally, I do not mind a day or two of this kind of weather. It allows me to get caught up on indoor things, make some chili and perhaps see a movie. I can relax and enjoy this respite because the forecast is for highs in the 70's and lows in the 50's early next week. Back to normal. I looked ahead to the 30-day forecast and it continues to be 70's/50's as far as the forecast can see.
This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.
