The colder it gets up north the fuller it gets down south. Picture a large room and there is an air conditioner at one end set at zero or below and a furnace at the other set at a moderate 72. I visualize a bunch of people
in their warm fuzzy boots rushing quickly to the warm side of the room. Warm finally arrived to Sunny South Texas so come on down...we will find a spot for you somewhere.
