This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.

Vera Salmon's Birthday Party, Part 1
Yesterday we were treated to the Goldwing Express complements of Vera and what a treat that was. They are excellent musicians and we enjoyed every minute of it. I will be posting lots of photos but am breaking them up so you don't have an overload at once. These are pretty much self-explanatory with the exception of the first one which is the group getting setup before they begin. Many thanks to the kitchen crew for all their help with the food and to everyone else who had a hand in the preparations.
