The Ropa Style Show is an annual event at Magnolia Park. Ropa Usada is Spanish for used clothing and there are many warehouse buildings throughout the Rio Grande Valley that are open for business. In these places you can sort through discarded clothing, make choices and pay pennies a pound for your finds. There are several people in the park who make regular excursions to these places picking up a wide variety of treasures. So all of the models you see in the pictures are wearing items found in these "stores". The annual show started off with songs by the Choraliers.
