It was a great day to come to Magnolia and have service and to fellowship with others in the teaching of the Word of God... We had a good group of worshipers today of close to 60 in attendance... Today Pastor Stacey brought the teaching from the Book of John, Chapter 13 starting from verse 1 thru verse 17 with the theme of " Love "....This is a teaching that shows that Jesus teaching the disciples that we should always treat others with love and be willing to aid, help and love all with the same respect and care...This lesson is one that is hard to sometimes carry out for most of us at some time or other, but we must always try to remember that Jesus loved and died to rise again for all the world, because he loves us.....Please study this lesson for yourselves as it has great meaning for our lives....
Don't forget to pray for all the sick that you hear of ...Many people don't realize just how powerful prayer is, but know that God is listening for us to pray...See you in church next week.....GOD BLESS ALL......
This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family.
