Well it's that time of the year when the season ends for the winter Texan to start heading for the NORTH country for the summer....As we have had a very unusual winter ( up and down in temperature every few days), I would guess they will have some stories to tell their families when they get home... I would also guess the families will have some stories of their own to tell as it's been an unusual winter no matter where you were at...
Also today was the last Sunday that we will have services at the park until next fall when the new season begins...It seems that the time just flies...I have been told that is a sign of getting OLD...HA HA...The Pastor brought the message today from several passages in the Bible with the theme of "Forgiveness".....He told of how we must learn to forgive those that have wronged us and Thu learning forgiveness we will grow in faith and gain peace in our souls....We just need to realize what Jesus did for us to be able to have forgiveness from God the Father for our sins....This is a lesson and teaching that gives us much to study on....There are many passages in the Bible that talks about forgiveness and how God would have us act upon this in our lives....Please study any passage that talks about forgiveness and you will see how important it is we learn how it affect our walk with God...
Remember this summer to pray for any sick that you hear of and also for any that come to mind as they may need prayer at that time...We will be looking for all in the fall to return and join us again at Magnolia...God Bless All....
This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.
