Sister Emma asked that we tell Winter Texans that everyone is welcome at the Basilica, Catholics and Non-Catholics alike. Also that tours are available by going to Sister Emma's office inside the main door and to your left. She will be most happy to tell you about the points of interest and the history of the Basilica.
