The arrivals are increasing this week getting a few more familiar faces in the park. With our warm temperatures it can sometimes be difficult to comprehend that this is Thanksgiving week. In actuality Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Why Thanksgiving? No gifts given or expected and it is all about being thankful- a time to think of all the abundance we have and enjoy in all aspects of our lives. We have all been truly blessed. I am grateful for every day I am given but this one day is put aside for all of us to make note of it. Think about it and let it really sink in.
We will not speak of black Friday and what I think of it.
This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.
