Isolation

We have all had a bit of isolation the last few days what with our little blast of winter in sunny south Texas. Don't get me wrong the activity still took place but there was no tarrying for conversation on street corners. The garage sale is taking place today as usual and I am sure much conversation is happening there as we have been somewhat socially deprived this week.
So back to normal starts today with the sun shining and a high of 62. We all breathe a sigh of relief.
The city of Donna was without electricity for a while yesterday and so the pumps were down and could not get water to us. After the problem was fixed we were told to boil our drinking and cooking water. I do not know for how long but you can find out from manager Dottie. We Rvers have an advantage that way as we usually have at least some water in our holding tanks. Personally we have a lot less now.
Oh that sunshine does feel good!!
