This is the weather report for Jefferson Iowa the next 2 days. Yup, this is why we come down to deep south Texas. Arizona isn't looking too good either! A MIX OF SNOW... SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE CHANGING TO ALL SNOW TONIGHT. SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES TONIGHT WITH A BRIEF LULL EARLY WEDNESDAY BEFORE BECOMING HEAVY AT TIMES ONCE AGAIN WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 12 INCHES... WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED BY THURSDAY MORNING. IN ADDITION NORTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL CREATE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW....
