This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.

Sunday Service
A beautiful day in deep south Texas to go to Church and hear Gods Word being taught...We are still having a good attendance each Sunday as most of the Magnolia Family is finally down to their winter home from the cold NORTH....Pastor Stacey brought the message today from the Book of Matthew, Chapter 25, verses 1 thu 14 with the theme of "Be Prepared "....This tells of the 10 virgins who took their lamps and went forth to meet the bridegroom.....Five of them were wise and had oil for their lamps and five were foolish and didn't have enough oil to light their lamps....This is a lesson that teaches us to be prepared to be ready to meet the Lord when he comes back....Gods word says that no man knows when he is coming back so we must be ready at all times....It's so easy to let our guard down so to speak at times but we must be ready and keep the faith.....Don't forget to pray for any sick and for each other in the coming days...Prayer does a lot to keep us in touch with the Lord and we all need that in our lives.....God Bless All.....See you in church next week....
