On our evening walk we stopped to visit with John and Barb Marcotte from Canada. They have suffered a day of nothing going right so they have good reason to see a better day tomorrow. They had the same old problem many of us have had dealing with the power company. Add to that a broken satellite dish and spending the day on the phone getting frustrated and we can all relate to the kind of day they have had. John and Barb are new to Magnolia but they have been in the valley before. They spent last year in Florida. We are glad they came back to Texas and maybe we can help their days go better from now on.

This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.
