I had a phone call from Elaine Misfeldt this morning telling me that LeRoy is in the hospital and will be having some stents put in on Monday. LeRoy is in his upper 80s, about the same age that so many of our former Magnolia friends are. There were quite a few men in the park at one time who were all right around the same age. Elaine asked that you keep LeRoy in your thoughts and prayers. She told me that she will let me know how it goes, but probably not until Tuesday. Stents are fairly common these days, it seems that we know quite a few people who have had them for years with no problems. I know we all wish LeRoy the very best and hope he has a speedy recovery.
This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.
