This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. "Just returned from a log cabin we rented in Sioux Lookout, Ontario with our grandchildren ages 6 & 3. Fishing was good and blueberries were abundant even though the season is coming to an end. Yes, we are tired and looking forward to getting to Magnolia Village in early November. Not sure what the plans are for the season yet. I have retired and Kent is hanging in there until someone rubs him the wrong way."
