Good morning Magnolia Family,
You will never guess who was at our door last Saturday afternoon?? It was a gloomy, cool, rainy day but was highlighted by the visit of Noreen and Larry Ergen all the way from New Haven, Minn. What a surprise to see them at our door!! They had been at Don and Marty Harper's in Anamosa, Ia, to pick up several black walnut logs. I believe they also saw Tom and Dee Beadle in Monticello, Ia.
They are on their way back home for Mother's Day with their children and may stop in Ankeny, Ia to see Lloyd and Lavonn Linn.
It's good to live in the middle of Iowa and have friends stop in on their way to where ever. Love it!!!

This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located.
