Grapefruit Jelly recipe

Hello!

I have been asked about the recipe I used for the grapefruit jelly:

3 cups grapefruit juice (I used Texas Ruby Red from our tree)
1 package of Sure Jell ( or 3 cups of homemade pectin)
4 cups of sugar

Boil the grapefruit juice with the pectin for 1 minute. Then add the sugar, stir well. When it comes to a rolling boil, time it for 1 and 1/2 minutes. Cool for a few minutes, then skim the foam with a metal spoon. Pour into hot jars and wipe clean, then add hot lid and band.
