This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.

Thanks, Don Loring, for the pictures and story on the new kitchen and thanks to all the people who put in so much hard work on it. It looks great! I will get with the program soon. I plan to announce on Tuesday that I will resume Computer Classes on Friday November 3rd at 9:00 AM. I hesitate to call them classes but we will get together for a discussion and see what develops from it. Now on to a different subject...I walk by this tree twice a day and I am impressed with it each time. It looks as if someone has hand polished every leaf. I didn't know if it would show up in a picture so thought I would try. It does somewhat but it is much more impressive in person.
