Recipe: Pudding Dessert 2/6/2012

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c chopped walnuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 c. cold milk
2 ( 3 oz.) pkgs instant pudding, desired flavor
Combine flour and softened butter. Add walnuts. Press into cake pan and bake for
15 min. at 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread
on top of cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk with electric mixer and spread on top
of filling. Top with remaining cool whip. Keep refrigerated.
The recipe above was featured by the hostesses at crafts this afternoon and Swedish Weaving guests requested it. So thought it would be a good idea to post it here. It was really yummy.
