January and February are the busiest time of the year in Magnolia Park. It is when we have the most people here and all of the different activities have an abundance of participants. It is when choices have to be made as to which activity we are going to take part in because it is impossible to do it all. We do keep trying however.
We seem to be having an unseasonably warm period right now and it looks to stay that way. Some like it and some do not but as I always say...
Whether the weather is cold,
Or whether the weather is hot,
We'll weather the weather whatever the weather,
Whether we like it or not!
Next week will be Senior Olympic week and that is a week when they venture outside the park to do us proud as they participate in the different events.
This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.
