Today was omelet Saturday at Allen Hall. Leslie C. and I put together 50 omelets.(Omelets in a bag) They are being favorably received. Not sure which Saturday it is but we are also having french toast as a change too. This is in addition to the biscuits and gravy, sausage and pancakes we always have.
The park is starting to fill up. Not as many folks as last year at this time but then I do believe that is true valley wide. Everything ebbs and floes.
We have a bean supper and steak fry coming up soon so look for some candid photos when these events happen.
This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. So continue to let us know where you are and what is on your plate.
