This blogs sole purpose has transitioned to one of keeping in touch with each other. Over the years it has been primarily for letting everyone know what is happening and also for promotion to add more folks to our Winter Texan family. The core of things has changed and we must change along with it. We still want to know what is happening with our friends no matter where they may be located. Latest from the Shay's
Just wanted to thank everyone that has sent get well cards, calls and prayers to Dennis. The surgery was a breeze and now he feels the 'pain is gain'. Able to walk and ride more. Regaining more strength everyday. Now to get the back herniated discs better. I also thank those that had comforting words on the loss of another brother. Not being able to go to the family was hard. Dennis & I now see a light at the end of the tunnel and it is not a train! Nita & Dennis Shay
