Steak Night-Finding good meat for grilling is somewhat of a challenge once you get out of the midwest but I think the meat pictured here was some of the best I have had since leaving Iowa. And then feeding over 150 people certainly adds to the challenge. Great job and a big thumbs up to all the people who helped it happen.
